Highly Recommend Thompson Auto Repair! That I was traveling through Meridian when I ran into unexpected vehicle issues. Not having a clue who to turn to for help, I called Thompsons and they immediately came to my service. They made special accommodations to try and get me back on the road for home. Although we could not obtain the parts to fix my vehicle that day , Mr. Randy worked diligently to locate parts and get them ordered before providing me transportation to pick up a rental car. Through the repair process the level of communication expressed was excellent and these guys made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped into the shop. My vehicle was fixed swiftly and with the transparency I was given through the process I felt great knowing I was good hands. Thank you guys!

Was there do a check-up on a car I had recently purchased and to change a front light. Appointment was quickly set up by calling, and the whole service of checking the car, filling up all fluids and changing the bulb took them about 3-4 hours (lunch break included), which was totally fine. Price in the end was fine aswell, and after nearly a month everything has been fine and working, so nothing to complain about. If you’re in Meridian or closer Bama Area trust the guys, this family business knows what they are doing ✌️
